Booking Policies
1. Car booking should be made at least 3 days before arrival
2. The detail of booking should be included:
- Number of guest
- Type of car ( 4 seats, 7 seat, or more)
- Date, time, location pick up - drop off
3. Deposit might be required base on how complicated of itinerary
4. Payment will be collected when driver completes dropping at the destination by the booking.
5. Any amendment such as: extra stop, pick up more people, change the destination should inform to hotline number of customer care: +84928312066 as trip cost might be change as well
6. New booking should be made through official website to ensure your benefits, do not make direct booking with driver.
7. Free cancellation at least one day before arrival and at least 4 hours before arrival with the late booking

9. Customers agree that Hanoi Chauffeurs Service only ensure the booking is processed correctly by community member, all the matters are not related to the booking on the way with driver we will not take any responsibility but we will on the customer side and support with our abilities
10. Late bookings are subject to the availability of drivers at the requested time. In cases of late bookings, we may not be able to provide your chosen driver, but instead, we will assign an available driver through the Hanoi Chauffeurs Service network. Please note that while we strive to accommodate all booking requests, late bookings may have more limited options, and we cannot guarantee the availability of specific drivers or vehicle types. To ensure the best possible service and the widest selection of options, we recommend booking in advance whenever possible.
